The TH09C is an ultra-compact digital relative humidity and temperature sensor integrating a precision RH sensing element and a high-accuracy temperature sensor within a miniature 2.0 x 2.0 x 0.75 mm QFN4 package. Featuring a standard I²C slave interface, ultra-low 40nA sleep current, and an operating voltage down to 1.71V, it provides calibrated climate measurement for HVAC, smart home appliances, IoT, and battery-critical wearables.
