Refund & Return Policy

Refund & Return Policy:

1. Goods once sold will neither be taken back nor exchanged under any circumstances.
2. Amount of cheque / draft received from the customer will be credited to customer’s account only after clearance thereof. Action will be taken for dishonor of the cheques and bank charges will be debited to customer A/C.
3. The payment should be made by way of crossed cheques only in favor of “Sourcewell”, drawn on any Mumbai bank.
4. In Case of failure to deliver product, refund will be initiated within 7 working days, same will be credited to customer account in 5-7 working days after refund.
5. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
