The CMT83085 is a high-reliability isolated half-duplex RS-485 transceiver built on CMOSTEK digital isolation technology, featuring UL1577-certified 5kVrms insulation withstand voltage and high electromagnetic immunity. Equipped with ±12kV bus ESD protection, true fail-safe circuitry, and 1/8-unit-load input impedance supporting up to 256 nodes, it delivers slew-rate limited 12Mbps data transmission in a robust wide-body 16-pin SOIC package.
