The CMT83089 is a high-reliability isolated RS-485 transceiver engineered with CMOSTEK digital isolation technology, offering UL1577-certified 5kVrms insulation withstand voltage and exceptional ±200kV/µs CMTI noise immunity. Featuring 10kVpk surge protection, bus ESD protection up to ±12kV to GND2, fail-safe architecture, and 1/8-unit-load impedance supporting up to 256 bus nodes, it delivers slew-rate limited 12Mbps transmission in a wide-body SOIC-16 package.
