The USR-HUB104S-DC is an industrial-grade RS485 hub engineered to expand a single master interface into four independent, optically isolated slave channels using a star bus architecture. Providing robust 3kV optical isolation (2500Vrms), ±15kV ESD protection, and 600W lightning surge suppression per line, it actively prevents ground loops, mitigates voltage differentials, and protects critical automation controllers, PLCs, and Modbus networks.
