The RFM95CW is a high-performance, ultra-low-power Sub-1GHz LoRa transceiver module covering an extensive frequency span of 137MHz to 1020MHz. Leveraging Semtech RF technology, it achieves outstanding link budgets with sensitivity reaching -148dBm at just 9.9mA consumption in ultra-low power mode. Featuring integrated power-on reset, high-precision RSSI, Duty-Cycle operation, and an onboard power amplifier delivering up to +18.3dBm, it is optimized for long-range, battery-powered LPWAN architectures.
