The RFM300HW and RFM300W series are high-performance ISM band wireless transceiver modules powered by the CMOSTEK NextGenRF™ CMT2300 chip. Covering multi-band frequencies from 315MHz to 915MHz, they deliver a maximum link budget of 140dB by pairing -120dBm receive sensitivity with up to +20dBm (100mW) transmit power at a low 7mA RX current, offering long-range wireless links for metering and automation networks.
