The RFM119B is a highly integrated, high-power Sub-1GHz RF transmitter module operating across an ultrawide 127MHz to 1020MHz frequency range. Supporting 2(G)FSK, (G)MSK, and OOK modulations, it delivers up to +20dBm transmission power with exceptional energy efficiency—consuming just 23mA at +13dBm and 80mA at +20dBm—making it an ideal standalone transmission solution for IoT, security, and industrial telemetry.
