The YHY522X series is a high-performance 13.56MHz contactless RFID and NFC reader/writer module built on 600nm CMOS EEPROM technology conforming to the ISO14443 Type A standard. Featuring an integrated PCB antenna, hardware clone UID card detection, and encrypted EEPROM storage for up to 40 key groups, it supports automatic tag scanning, NFC NDEF text commands, and high-speed TTL serial communication up to 230,400 bps for embedded access control and smart terminal applications.
