The YHY502CG (HY502 series) is a complete, wide-voltage (2.7V–5.5V) 13.56MHz RFID read/write module featuring an onboard transceiver antenna and streamlined single-command execution. Built on high-performance 600nm CMOS ASIC technology, it supports ISO14443 Type A and MIFARE encryption protocols with automated card detection, hardware interrupt indication (SIG pin / LED), and simple UART interface integration for access control, automated metering, and smart terminal applications.
